Undecylenic acid
Undecylenic acid comes from castor oil and is approved in the US as an over-the-counter antifungal for skin. At 5% it is the label's only listed active strength.
Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is one of the most studied natural options for nail fungus. Small trials found it can improve the look of affected nails with regular use.
Lavender, lemongrass, clove and manuka
These essential oils have shown antifungal activity in laboratory studies and give the formula its fresh scent.
Nourishing oils, aloe and vitamin E
Almond, flaxseed, jojoba and vitamin E keep the skin and cuticles soft, which helps prevent cracking and dryness around the nail.
